TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking services with Bolt Junk Removal or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES

Bolt Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services in the Baltimore metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to hazardous materials, unsafe access conditions, or items prohibited by law.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are quoted based on the volume and type of items to be removed. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. You must approve the final price before our crew starts loading. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations after our crew has dispatched may incur a trip charge.

5. PROHIBITED ITEMS

We cannot remove the following items:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, or biohazardous materials
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Flammable or explosive materials
• Medical waste or sharps
• Any items prohibited by local, state, or federal law

If prohibited items are discovered on-site, we reserve the right to decline removal and charge for the trip.

6. LIABILITY

Bolt Junk Removal carries $1,000,000 General Liability general liability insurance. We take reasonable care when removing items, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items not disclosed at the time of booking. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the items to be removed
• Disclose all items to be removed at the time of booking
• Ensure you have the legal right to dispose of all items
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during service

8. WEBSITE USE

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for violations of these terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore County, Maryland.
